We take the guess work out of getting just the right furniture for your office - in just the right models, quantities and configurations to optimize the way your associates work in their space. Our experienced Sales/Design Consultants are an integral member of your project team. From concept through installation, we will be there to ensure all your needs are met. We have the experience and resources to deliver your project on time and within budget. Our sales process includes the following services: |
Design
Each WMOI location has an on-site design center where you can look through hundreds of fabric swatches and color chips to customize your office layout and selections. Or, we will bring the ideas and selections to you if you like.
Space Planning
Whether purchasing new furniture or just reconfiguring your current office space, we can help. After a few measurements and a conversation with one of our team members, we can provide you with accurate one dimensional drawings that maximize your office space and inventory.
Custom Orders
Sometimes a customer's needs cannot be met with "off the shelf" solutions. In the event that we cannot find just the right piece within our vast cataloged inventory, we have the option to quote custom orders with our vendor partners.
Installation
WMOI maintains in-house installation crews, who wear company uniforms and share our commitment to pleasing customers. Our Installation Manager will call several times between your order commitment and installation date to line up everything from elevator access to electricians. Our crews arrive on time and hustle to be in and out quickly, minimizing disruptions to business. WMOI's Installation Team is the final link that validates our commitment to get the job done.

Office Space Reconfiguration
Looking to freshen up your office space without replacing your existing furniture? One visit to your facility we can help. Using the same technology for designing and selling new office spaces, our team can reconfigure, or rearrange, your exisitng inventory to provide you with a new look at miinmal expense.
Move Assistance
Because they do it everyday, our Installation Team has the ability to help you move. The same amount of care and consideration is given to your product as if it were being delivered brand new. We have the experience to ensure the quality and intergity of your furniture is maintained from facility to facility.
Product Storage
Whether it's one private office or 20 workstations, we have the warehouse to store your excess inventory. For a flat rate, we will pick up your furniture, package it with care, and store it for you until needed.
Financing
WMOI has relationships with creditable finacial institutions with experience in the furniture industry. If preferred, you can have your project financed. Just let us know and we will facilitate the process for you.
Rental
Our used inventory is perfect for someone in need of a short-term (6-18 months) solution.
